It is taken from the honeycomb to the jar. Without removing the bee pollen and bee propolis that comes with the raw honey. This makes it highly medicinal.
Why African Honey is the Best
The world’s best honey comes from Africa. African honey is the best because the bees are unperturbed unlike in other continents. Africanized bees are wild and free and this has been proven to influence quality honey.
In a less controlled environment, bees make better quality honey with robust and exotic flavors. African bees make their honey from wild plants which has more antioxidants and antibiotics as opposed to plants that are grown for bees to forage on which may be prone to herbicides.
At Fauzziyah’s hive, we practice biodynamic beekeeping. This means that we don’t interfere with the life of the bees and they produce quality honey because of this.
